Q: What is a Soundscape?
All of our products will come as one of three Soundscapes – Core, Deep, or Pure. Within the same product line, the Soundscapes all share the same design features, but each is a specifically engineered speaker unit, made to sound markedly different from the other. We view each as a musical identity; by analyzing your listening behaviors, we do our best to make sure you’re paired with the Soundscape that best matches your unique taste.
Q: How do I know which Soundscape to get?
We developed a web application that determines your Soundscape based on your musical preferences on Spotify. If you don’t have a Spotify account, you can input your favorite artists within another analyzer that uses The Echo Nest’s music algorithms to make the same Soundscape pairing. Q: Is this wireless headphones?
No, we offer wired headphones only at this moment.
Q: Are your headphones foldable?
Yes, our headphones have been designed to fold in order to maximize portability and easy storage.
Q: Are the on-ear (ID) and over-ear (FX) headphone ear-cups exchangeable?
Yes, you can use both on-ear and over-ear ear cups with the same headband. We designed them to be interchangeable.
Q: Is the headphone cord detachable?
Yes, you can detach the cord from ear-cups.
Q: Is a mic included? Will the built-in mic work on iPhones or Android phones?
Yes, our products come with a built-in mic, and it’s universal. The “talk” button will work on both iPhone and Android phones.
Q: What’s your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary shipping for all domestic orders.
Q: What is your return policy?
